People facing structural foundation issues in their homes or businesses rely on Perma-Pier Foundation Repair Company to fully assess the problem and provide a proposed solution within 24-hours. To better serve customers and increase internal efficiencies, Cory Howard reached for SmartDraw for speedy, accurate, and impressive results. Because of SmartDraw, Perma-Pier not only saved time in their process, but they dramatically increased the number of customers who signed on the bottom line during their very first Perma-Pier encounter. Here's how.

For more than 15 years, the Perma-Pier Foundation Repair Company has been a leader in providing the most technologically advanced and accurate structural foundation solutions for Texas real estate brokers, investors, business owners and homeowners.

"Because foundation and drainage problems are critical to the structural integrity of a building, our customers need to understand the issues quickly," says Cory Howard, Operations Manager for Perma Pier Foundation Repair.

Traditionally, Perma-Pier's assessors would go to a building site and hand draw a map to evaluate and detail drainage and foundation issues. Then, they would return to the office to input the dimensions and specifics of the map into a computer-aided design (CAD) program in order to get an accurate digital image.

While this system worked, it was time consuming for the assessors, prolonged their workdays, left little time for in-depth customer interaction and added an extra day in the process of assessing the problem and producing a detailed digital image for the customer.

Cory knew this process could be done in a better, faster way—one that would make his customers happier and allow his assessors to cultivate more meaningful customer relationships.
